We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your gummies product, you may request a return or refund within the guidelines below.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:
✔ The product must be returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery (depending on your internal policy).
✔ The seal must not be broken — products must be unopened and in original condition.
✔ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Note: For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed gummies cannot be accepted for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return or refund:

    • A photo of the product & packaging (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your return request.

4. Refund Process

✔ If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
✔ Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a defective item:
✔ We will replace it at no extra cost.
✔ Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your gummies arrived damaged, defective, or expired:
✔ We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
✔ Please send photos of the damage to [your customer support email] within 3 days of receipt.

7. Shipping Returns

If a return is approved:
✔ Return shipping may be at your cost unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
✔ We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
